OUR STORY

uIMPACT began as a strategic investment of UIV Fund Management (UIVFM), a Dutch impact-focused global fund management platform.

Working closely with UIVFM, we could provide even broader range of services, including deal flow management, valuation, portfolio restructuring, and impact measurement, all integrated to support informed, impact-driven investment decisions.

Iskra's passion for sustainable development dates back to Kyoto Protocol projects. She has vast experience in tech and B2B domains, as well as in a Fund of Funds, and has managed teams of up to 250 people.
